Born in 2012 from an intuition in Copenhagen, Thomas Coulbeaut founded Douze Cycles to revolutionize the cargo bike by combining innovative design, modularity and ecological commitment.
After 10 years of expertise and thousands of bikes on Europe’s roads, the brand is now rethinking its production to minimise its environmental impact: frames made from recycled aluminium, eco-designed packaging, and 100% Burgundy-based manufacturing. But the ambition doesn’t stop there: at Douze, we also design bikes to change mindsets, by supporting sporting challenges, local partnerships and a sustainable economy.

Yes, it is a completely secure transaction using 3D Secure.

It takes two working days to process your order, and delivery may take between 3 and 5 working days depending on the destination country.

Our bikes are fully assembled at our factory and then tested. Each bike is then packed in a specially designed box, with some parts removed. You will need to reassemble these parts upon receipt. This takes around 15 minutes and is straightforward.

Yes, you can tow a trailer with a maximum gross vehicle weight of 200 kg on a Douze V2 and Douze Hêta.
This is not possible on a Douze LT24.
